MyWish is proud to present this property which is available for occupation from November 2026. We are currently assessing four additional properties within the North Dublin area.
The property is in advanced stages of development with full-planning permission. The property is a 400 square metre dormer bungalow consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. The property is situated on a large plot with a secured perimeter and an electronic gate with controlled access.
The property will be complete with external wrap insulation, spray foamed roof insulation, ‘air-source’ heat pump, double glazed windows, and entire new electrical and plumbing systems.
